How This Works.  You and your A. L. Russell & Associates licensed business coach will meet weekly or biweekly for an hour or two, and by phone and e-mail as needed.  We’ll work on time-tested, world-class strategies to get your business humming.

• We’ll use in-depth tools to assess, evaluate, and analyze aspects of yourself and your business.
• We’ll discuss your concerns, and we’ll brainstorm solutions.
• We’ll clarify actions that you’ll take to move you in the right direction, and we’ll establish metrics to measure the change that results.
• You’ll take those actions to improve your business, but they won’t interfere with your day-to-day obligations.

Accountability.  Your business coach will hold you, the small business owner, accountable to make the changes that we determine are needed.  Remember:  Meaningful change and improvement take hard work, time, and effort.
