She has excelled in managing the overall functions of offices as well as supervised and developed successful office teams. Before joining A. L. Russell & Associates, D’Et was an office manager for MetLife company, where she researched and established a database to better meet all SEC requirements. She led her office team to win awards on four separate occasions. D'Et's passion is to develop office teams through leadership and accountability.
